    Paste the address or listing link. Habita checks which verified local Scouts cover that area and can tour the place.

    Pick your Scout

    Compare the available Scouts for that neighborhood and choose the one that fits. Every Scout is a verified local who tours in person.

    Configure the tour

    Tell the Scout what matters to you: the rooms, natural light, noise, the block, the building. Add any specific questions you want answered.

    Get your report

    After the tour you get a report with photos, video, checklist answers, and any red flags the Scout observed. You decide before you apply or sign.

How long does a Scout tour take to come back?

Timing depends on Scout availability and the tour type. You agree on the timing when you book, and you get the report once the Scout completes the tour and submits their evidence.

Do I pay the Scout directly?

No. You pay Habita when you book, and we hold the payment until your report is delivered and you confirm you received it. The Scout is paid after that. More detail is on the Trust and Safety page.

What is in a Scout report?

A report includes photos, video, structured checklist answers about the property and the area, written notes, and any red flags the Scout observed during the tour.
